Four-bedroom houses on curving streets between Greentree Road and the Pennsauken Creek — live from the MLS.
Lakeview sits in the 08003 section of Cherry Hill Township, south of Greentree Road and west of the South Branch of the Pennsauken Creek. The streets are Lakeview Drive, West High Ridge Road, Birchwood Park Drive North and South, Woodbury Drive, Crestview Drive, West Brook Drive, Greentree Way and Cobble Creek Circle. Detached houses on their own lots, no association and no gate, on a layout that curves and loops rather than running straight.
The thing that stands out about this neighborhood is how consistent it is. Every house in the recent record is a four-bedroom with two and a half baths — no three-bedrooms, no five-bedrooms, no variation in the bath count at all. That is unusual even for a planned subdivision, and it tells you Lakeview was laid out and built as a single coherent development rather than filled in lot by lot over a couple of decades the way much of Cherry Hill was.
The square footage says the same thing more precisely. Four of the seven recent sales are 2,804 square feet each — the identical figure, four separate houses. The rest of the neighborhood runs from roughly 2,400 up past 3,200, so there is some range, but that repeated plan is clearly the backbone of the place. For a buyer that is genuinely useful information: you can walk one house here and have a fair idea what most of the others look like inside, which is not true in a neighborhood where six sales produce six different floor plans.
Practically, this is solid upper-middle family stock in a quiet pocket. The eastern boundary is the creek and the woods along it, which means the streets on that side back onto trees rather than onto other houses, and the interior loops carry no through traffic. Several lots here have pools, and the township's pool home searches are the fastest way to see which ones are on the market. Ranges land in the upper half of Cherry Hill's detached market, above where the fifties and sixties neighborhoods settle and below the very top of 08003.
Buyers shopping this part of the township generally tour Lakeview against its 08003 neighbors rather than against anything on the west side. Kressonshire and Ravenswood sit east and southeast off Kresson Road, and they compete for the same buyer at a similar level; the decision usually comes down to lot and layout rather than address. One naming note worth keeping straight — Lakeview Drive and Crestview Drive are both streets inside this neighborhood, and a search keyed to a street name rather than the neighborhood will behave unpredictably across the township.
Schools are Cherry Hill Township Public Schools. Greentree Road runs along the north end and East Marlton Pike — Route 70 — sits just south, which puts the Route 73 interchange, Marlton and the whole eastern retail corridor within a few minutes, with the center of the township a short drive west. The recently sold homes across Cherry Hill are the clearest read on where this tier actually settles.
Greentree to the Creek.
That's Lakeview.
