Three Pond Condos for Sale
Three-story townhomes on the English streets off Kirkbride Road — live from the MLS.
Living in Three Pond
Three Pond is a townhome community in the western half of Voorhees Township, built between 1972 and 1977 along Three Pond Drive, Corbridge Court, Thackary Court, Pendleton Court, Rowand Court and Golden Pond Court, off Kirkbride Road. The buildings are set in clusters around parking courts and open lawn, with the community's pond along its southern edge.
The most useful thing to know here is how these homes are stacked. Many Three Pond townhomes run three stories, not two: living space and a half bath on the main level, two bedrooms and a full hall bath on the second, and a third floor holding an additional bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. That top floor is why a townhome of about 1,800 square feet can carry four bedrooms and two and a half baths — and why this community can house a family that would otherwise be shopping detached. It also makes an excellent guest suite, home office or hobby space for a buyer who does not need the bedroom count.
Size runs roughly 1,350 to 1,808 square feet, with three-bedroom plans forming the middle of the community and the four-bedroom, three-story layouts at the top. Interiors read updated where owners have invested: granite counters, refreshed kitchens open to a dining area, wood-burning fireplaces in the living room, stacked in-unit laundry, and enclosed front porches with granite sitting areas on some units. Colonial and Traditional are the dominant styles, with contemporaries in the mix.
The street names are worth a moment. Corbridge, Thackary, Pendleton, Rowand, Abbey and Kirkbride — the whole set reads English, and Corbridge is a real Northumberland village on Hadrian's Wall. Whoever platted this was not pulling names out of the air. The setting matches: mature trees through the community, the pond a short walk from most buildings, and a handful of buildings sitting directly on the water.
Schools are Voorhees Township for elementary and middle, then Eastern Regional High School through the Eastern Camden County Regional district — and the school reputation is a real part of why families buy attached housing in this township at all. Shopping, dining and the major roads are close, with the PATCO Speedline a short drive. Buyers comparing this segment should also see Heritage Grove immediately west, Britton Place and the township's full condo and townhome inventory. The recently sold homes across Voorhees show how much that third floor is actually worth.
There Is a Third Floor.
That's where the fourth bedroom is.
