Bluebell Farms Townhomes for Sale

An established townhome community in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.

Living in Bluebell Farms

Bluebell Farms went up in the early 1990s in Williamstown, Monroe Township, on Thoreau Lane, Longfellow Drive and Ames Road — the streets are named for American writers. The homes are interior and end-of-row townhomes with a share of twins, three bedrooms typically, on public water and sewer. Most are without a basement or attached garage, though a handful of the later builds have both.

What the association delivers is more than the fee suggests. Alongside the usual lawn care, snow removal, trash and common areas, Bluebell Farms has a pool and a recreation facility — amenities that are not standard in this price range, and a genuine part of the case for buying here rather than in a comparable attached community elsewhere in the township.

One naming note: you will see it as both “Bluebell Farms” and “Blue Bell Farms” depending on the listing. Same community. Turnover is steady enough that there is usually something available and a real record of recent sales on these streets to price against. End units are worth watching for — they get light on an extra side and more ground, and that shows in what they sell for. For the wider attached market, the Williamstown condos and townhomes page covers every community of this kind, and Brookdale and Fox Hollow are the closest comparisons.
