Arbor Meadows is one of the established neighborhoods in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, built out in the early-to-mid 1970s and settled ever since. It has a quirk you will notice the first time you drive it: every street in the neighborhood starts with the letter A — Arbor Meadow Drive, Aberdale Lane, Ainsworth Lane, Alan Place, Avella Lane. It is a small thing, but it tells you the whole place went up as one plan rather than accumulating over decades.

The housing is consistent in a way newer mixed-product developments are not. These are detached single-family homes, predominantly ranches, with a handful of two-story colonials in the mix, three to four bedrooms, and attached garages on most of them. Buyers who want one-floor living without an age restriction end up here often, because Arbor Meadows offers it at a scale and price point that the township’s 55+ communities do not.

It also trades. Homes come up here regularly rather than once in a blue moon, which means you can actually shop the neighborhood instead of waiting years for something to list — and it means there are real comparable sales to price against, on these streets, not borrowed from three miles away.
