Eden Hollow is an established neighborhood in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, built between 1971 and 1973 and lived in ever since. Like Arbor Meadows across the way, it carries a naming quirk you notice once and then cannot unsee: every street starts with the letter E — Eastmont Lane, Eisenhower Lane, Edgeview Lane. It is the signature of a neighborhood that went up as one plan on one timeline.

What makes Eden Hollow different from most tracts of its era is that the builder did not repeat one floor plan down every street. Ranches, Cape Cods, colonials, bi-levels and contemporaries all sit within a few blocks of each other, three to five bedrooms, most with one or two full baths. That matters more than it sounds. A buyer who wants one-floor living and a buyer who wants a two-story colonial can both find it here without leaving the neighborhood — and if the ranch is the draw, ranch homes across Winslow Township widens the same search township-wide.

The lots are the other thing worth knowing. Most run from about a quarter acre up past half an acre, with frontages in the seventy-five to hundred-foot range and depth to match — yard sizes that newer construction in this part of Camden County does not offer at the same price. Public water and sewer, natural gas, sidewalks and street lights throughout, and the whole neighborhood feeds Winslow Township Public Schools.
