Braycen Pines is the newest single-family neighborhood in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township — the houses went up between 2019 and 2021, on two streets, Ciseley Drive and Carissa Lane. If you have been searching Winslow for something built this decade rather than renovated into this decade, this is the short list.

These are also the largest homes in the area. Four and five bedrooms is the norm here, not the exception, with two-and-a-half and three-and-a-half baths, full basements and attached garages, on public water and sewer. Compare that to the township’s 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods, where three bedrooms is standard and a basement is a coin flip, and the difference is not subtle. A modest association covers the common areas and not much else, which suits people who want new construction without a long list of fees attached to it.

The catch is scale. This is a small enclave, not a subdivision with a hundred lots, so what is listed at any given moment is most of what exists — and it can go from a couple of choices to none in a matter of weeks. It is worth watching rather than checking once. For something comparable in age, Sandy Ridge is the township’s current new-construction townhome community, and the Winslow new construction page tracks everything actively being built. For the closest thing in a detached two-story, Arden Forest offers the same footprint a generation earlier.
