Lehigh Manor Townhomes for Sale

An established Winslow Township townhome community in the Sicklerville section — explore the latest from the MLS.

Living in Lehigh Manor

Lehigh Manor was built in 1975 in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, and you can find it by the street names alone — every court in the community starts with L: Lennox, Linden, Longbow, Locust, Lyric, Lehigh, Lawrence, Lerner and Lamont. You will occasionally see a listing here filed under “Lehigh Estates.” Same community, same streets, same association.

The housing is interior and end-of-row townhomes with some twins, two and three bedrooms, no basements and no attached garages, on compact lots. The three-bedroom homes and the end units are the ones to watch: an end of row gets light on an extra side and a bit more ground, and that difference shows up in what they trade for. The association covers common areas, snow removal, front lawn care and road maintenance — the roads inside the community belong to the association rather than the township.

What Lehigh Manor really is, plainly, is the entry point of the Winslow Township market — the least expensive way to own here, and one of the busiest communities in the township for turnover. That makes it a common first purchase and a long-standing favorite with investors, and it means there is almost always something available and a deep record of recent sales on these courts to price against. For the wider attached market, the township’s condos and townhomes page covers every community of this kind, and Kenwood and The Meadows are the closest comparisons on price.
