The Meadows is a townhome community in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, built out from the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s. Three bedrooms with a bath and a half is the standard plan, on public water and sewer, with a small association covering common areas. Most of the addresses here read High Meadows Drive, with the rest on Meadowrue Lane and Meadowood Lane — which is why people often go looking for “High Meadows” when the community itself is The Meadows.

The choice that matters most here is interior versus end unit, and the gap is bigger than most buyers expect. An interior row home sits on roughly nineteen hundred square feet of land; an end-of-row sits on about thirty-two hundred — close to seventy percent more, plus windows on an additional side. That holds right across the community, and it is the single biggest driver of what one of these is worth.

This is one of the more active attached communities in the township, so there is usually something to look at and a real record of recent sales to price against — on these streets, not borrowed from a mile away.
