Parkside Mews Townhomes for Sale

An early-1990s townhome community in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township — explore the latest from the MLS.

Living in Parkside Mews

Parkside Mews is a townhome community in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, built in 1990 and 1991 on two streets — Pondview Lane and Park Side Drive. It is small enough that you can learn the whole place in one pass, which is not true of most of the township's larger tracts, and compact enough that everything in it is a short walk from everything else in it.

The units run two and three bedrooms with two and a half baths, and the MLS files them two ways that matter when you are shopping: end of row and interior row. An end unit gets windows on three sides, and in a townhome that is the difference between a bright main level and a dark one — so it is worth knowing which one you are looking at before you walk in. Beyond that the product is more generous than the townhome label suggests. Attached garages, private rear yards, decks on a number of them, and finished basements that add a full flexible level below the living space.

Everything here is on public water and sewer with natural gas heat and central air, and the streets have sidewalks and street lights throughout. The community feeds Winslow Township Public Schools. If you are shopping attached product across the township rather than this community specifically, Kenwood is the busiest resale market of the group, Lehigh Manor is the older and larger of the Sicklerville communities, and Manor Hall sits nearby on the same side of the section.

End Unit or Interior.

Worth knowing which you're in.
