Condos and Townhomes in Logan Township

Roughly a quarter of everything that trades in Logan Township is attached housing, which catches people off guard in a township best known for subdivisions and an industrial park. It is a real segment with three established communities, and the differences between them are sharper than the price gaps suggest. There is also a fourth option almost nobody finds, which is worth reading to the end for.

Country Crossing sits at the top of the attached market, on Carriage Lane and Lake Side Drive. Interior and end-of-row homes, three bedrooms, generally the largest footprints in the township's attached inventory — and, importantly, garages throughout. It is also the most competitive of the three: homes here have been closing at or above asking price with regularity. If Country Crossing is the target, expect to move quickly and expect company.

Logan Woods is the deepest community and the most affordable way into Logan Township, spread across Adams Street, Madison Street, Hamilton Street and Hancock Street. Three bedrooms, interior and end rows, and a wide size range — wide enough that two homes carrying similar asking prices can differ meaningfully in square footage. But the thing to check here is the garage. Some Logan Woods homes have one and some do not, and that difference does not always show up in the price. Two listings can look interchangeable on paper and be nothing alike in practice. It is the single most common way a buyer gets surprised in this community, and it is easy to avoid if you know to ask.

Quail Ridge, on Lafayette Drive, fills the middle. Interior and end-of-row homes, mostly three bedrooms with the occasional smaller two-bedroom, priced between Logan Woods and Country Crossing. For a buyer who wants something newer-feeling than the entry point without the competition at the top, this is usually the community worth a second look.

Now the option most buyers never see. Over in Bridgeport — the older village on the river side of the township — there are a handful of twin homes on Main Street that carry no subdivision name at all in the listing data. They are older, three bedrooms, and they are the most affordable attached housing anywhere in Logan. They are also the only attached homes in the township with basements. None of the three planned communities has one. If storage, a workshop, or a finished lower level matters to you, these are worth a serious look, and they are effectively invisible to anyone searching by community name because there is no community name to search. Ask us to watch for them.

One address detail that matters here more than in most towns: Bridgeport carries an 08014 ZIP while the rest of Logan Township carries Swedesboro 08085 — and Swedesboro is a separate borough, as are Woolwich and South Harrison, both of which also use 08085. Four municipalities, one postal name, and four different tax bills. Confirm the township before you get attached to a listing.

Attached inventory in Logan is thin at any given moment. Most of what appears in a search here has already traded, which is not a flaw in the search — it is what a small, tightly held segment looks like. The practical approach is a standing alert rather than checking on weekends, because the good ones in Country Crossing in particular do not sit.

Schools are a genuine part of the value. Logan Township School District runs PreK through eighth across two small schools, and students go on to Kingsway Regional High School, shared with Woolwich, South Harrison, East Greenwich and Swedesboro. That is a strong regional district and a real driver of demand across every price point in the township, attached included.

The location is the other half of it. Route 322 and the Commodore Barry Bridge put Philadelphia and Delaware within easy reach, with 295 and the Turnpike minutes away — the same access that built the Pureland industrial park, which is why a township this size carries the tax base it does. If attached is not the fit, look at homes under $400K, 4+ bedroom homes and pool homes across the township, or watch what's just listed.
