Marlton Meeting Condos for Sale

The township's most accessible address, and its only real one-bedrooms — live from the MLS.

Living in Marlton Meeting

Marlton Meeting is the oldest attached community in Marlton, built in 1974 on James Court, Hunter Court and Ashley Court. One and two bedrooms, one to one and a half baths, on public sewer. It predates every other condominium and townhome community in the township by roughly a decade, and it sits at the very bottom of the Marlton market on price.

The distinction that makes this page worth reading: Marlton Meeting has genuine one-bedroom units, and almost nothing else in the township does. Everywhere else in Evesham, the smallest thing available is a two-bedroom. For a single buyer, someone downsizing hard, or an investor looking at the most affordable entry into this school district, this is effectively the only address that answers — and that scarcity is worth understanding before you dismiss the community on age.

Most units here are flats — the whole home on one level, no interior stairs — with a handful of interior-row units mixed in, so check the type before you assume. Read the bathroom count too: some units carry one full and a half, others a single full. On floor plans this consistent, the bath count and condition are effectively the entire comparison between one unit and the next.

Being a 1974 build, condition varies more here than in the eighties communities — some units have been substantially reworked over fifty years and some have not, and the gap between them is wide. That cuts both ways: it means there are genuinely tired units on the market, and it means an updated one at this price point is a real find. The other accessible attached communities in the township are Hollows and Marlton Meadows, both eighties builds and both two-bedroom throughout.

Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which regularly surprises buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The Marlton homes under $400K search collects everything at this end of the market, the Marlton condos and townhomes page covers every attached community, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the floor of the Marlton market sits.
