Oak Hollow Condos for Sale
The busiest condo address in Kings Grant — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Oak Hollow
Oak Hollow is the largest and busiest condominium section inside Kings Grant, the master-planned community at the center of Marlton. Built between 1987 and 1989 across Bridgewater Drive, Summit Court, Chelmsford Court and Provincetown Drive, it runs one, two and three bedrooms, one to two baths, on public sewer. Something is nearly always listed here, which makes it the practical way into Kings Grant.
Most units are flats — the whole home on one level, no interior stairs — with a handful of interior-row, end-of-row and penthouse units mixed in. That range is genuinely unusual. Oak Hollow carries some of the few true one-bedroom units in Marlton outside Marlton Meeting, and it also carries three-bedroom units, so the same community serves a first-time buyer and someone who needs real room. Read the unit type and the bedroom count before comparing two listings here; they are not the same product.
What you are actually buying is the Kings Grant address. Oak Hollow residents get the full community package — lakes with a beach and water activities, a community pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and year-round clubhouse programming — on top of the section's own grounds. For a one or two bedroom condominium, that is a resort-scale amenity list, and it is the single biggest reason these hold their value the way they do.
A practical detail from the units themselves: first-floor end units come with private rear patios and private locked storage, which is worth asking about, because storage is the thing buyers in this size range run short of first. The association handles the exterior, the grounds and the snow, so there is nothing to do outside the door.
Because volume here is steady, a buyer gets to choose rather than take what is available — the opposite of most Marlton communities. The other Kings Grant condo sections are Shannon Greene and Inverness Green, both much smaller, and Woodlake is the townhome section. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers the wider township, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the Kings Grant condo market sits.
