Hollows Condos for Sale
Single-level two-bedroom flats and the way into Marlton — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Hollows
Hollows is a condominium community in Marlton, built in 1982 along Woodhollow Drive. Two bedrooms, two full baths, on public sewer. It is one of the busiest addresses in the township — something is nearly always listed here — and it sits at the bottom of the Marlton market on price, which makes it the practical entry point for a lot of buyers who want this township and this school district without a house payment attached to it.
The distinction that matters, and the one most listings bury: most of Hollows is true condominium flats rather than townhomes. A flat is one level — the entire unit on a single floor, no interior stairs. In a market where "condo" usually means a two-story attached home, that is a real difference. It puts Hollows in a very short list of places in Marlton offering genuine one-level living outside the age-restricted communities, alongside the ranchers in Heritage Village. A handful of interior-row and end-of-row units do exist here, so check the unit type before you assume.
The two-bed, two-bath layout is consistent across effectively the whole community, which makes shopping it straightforward. Condition and floor position are what separate one unit from the next rather than size or configuration. And because inventory here moves so steadily, a buyer has the unusual luxury of comparing several at once instead of taking whatever happens to be available.
One naming note: Hollows is also entered in the MLS as "Woodhollow," after the street. Same community, and everything filed under either name comes through this page. The other entry-level attached communities in the township are Marlton Meadows and Marlton Meeting, and the Marlton homes under $400K search collects everything at this end of the market regardless of type.
Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which regularly surprises buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers every attached community in the township, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the entry into Marlton actually sits.
