Ocean Mist sits at 800 East Ninth Street in Ocean City, on the beach block where Ninth Street meets the boardwalk. Built in 1984, it is a small building rather than a tower, and the position is the reason people buy here: the beach and the boards are reached without crossing a street. Ninth Street is also the artery that carries the Route 52 causeway onto the island, so this address is about as easy to get to as Ocean City gets — you come off the bridge and you are essentially there.
