Concord Springs Homes for Sale

A small mid-2000s enclave in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township — explore the latest from the MLS.

Living in Concord Springs

Concord Springs is a small mid-2000s community on Concord Boulevard, in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township. It is a compact pocket rather than a sprawling subdivision, and it sits in the gap between the township’s older established neighborhoods and its newest construction — twenty-odd years old, which for a lot of buyers is the sweet spot.

The homes are detached colonials with full basements and attached garages, three and four bedrooms, two and a half baths, running roughly nineteen hundred to twenty-two hundred square feet, on public water and sewer. That is a real house on a manageable lot — enough square footage for a family without the acre of lawn that comes with the rural side of the township.

What stands out here is how it trades. Recent sales in Concord Springs have gone under contract in single digits to low double digits in days, and closed above asking. That is not typical for Winslow Township as a whole, and in a community this small it means the window on any given listing is short. If you want to be here, it is worth being ready rather than watching. For something newer, Braycen Pines is the township’s most recent single-family build; for the same two-story footprint a decade earlier, Arden Forest is the closest comparison.

A Compact Pocket.

Concord Springs isn't sprawling.
