Victoria Manor is one of the largest and busiest attached communities in Winslow Township, in the Sicklerville section, and like several neighborhoods out here it was laid out on a single letter — Vanderbilt, Villanova, Villa Knoll, Vernon, Vista and Victoria Manor Courts. The homes are interior and end-of-row townhomes with some twins, three bedrooms, no basements or attached garages, on public water and sewer.

The thing that separates Victoria Manor from the township’s other row-home communities is that it was not built all at once. There is an early-1970s phase and a mid-to-late-1980s phase, roughly fifteen years apart, sharing the same name. That is a real gap in construction era, and it shows up in what homes sell for. Two Victoria Manor listings at similar prices can be a decade and a half apart in age, so the build year is worth checking before anything else. Monthly fees also vary noticeably from one home to another here, more than a single association would normally produce.

There is one address trap worth knowing: Maureen Court runs through both Victoria Manor and neighboring Manor Hall, so a Maureen Court address does not tell you which community a home is in — and the two price differently. Between its size and its turnover, Victoria Manor almost always has something available, with a deep record of recent sales on these courts to price against.
