Morey's Piers packs more than 100 rides across three oceanfront amusement piers — Surfside, Mariner's Landing, and Adventure — anchored by the Great White wooden coaster and two beachfront waterparks, and ranked among the top seaside amusement parks in the world. The Sightseer Tramcar has rolled the boards since 1949. And the beach itself is a spectacle: free, no badge required, and so deep in places that beach taxis actually shuttle sunbathers across the sand to the waterline — among the widest free beaches on the entire East Coast. Right on the boards, the oceanfront Convention Center runs concerts, sporting events, and expos year-round, and summer brings big-name concerts staged directly on the sand.
All that energy is exactly what drives the real estate. Wildwood is the densest, most rental-active market on the island — a town buyers target for walkability and summer income as much as for a place at the beach. Oceanfront and near-boardwalk condo buildings like Ocean Towers and Key Largo anchor the high-demand end, while single-family homes, duplexes and triplexes, and new construction fill the blocks behind the beach. A condo steps from the piers or a multi-unit with rental upside is a very different proposition than a quiet street elsewhere on the shore — and that boardwalk-block premium is Wildwood's whole story.
