Fox Hollow West Townhomes for Sale
A 1989 townhome community in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Fox Hollow West
Fox Hollow West went up in 1989 in Williamstown, Monroe Township, on Kerry Lynn Court — and the street name is the giveaway. Its sibling Fox Hollow runs Shamrock Way, Dublin Court and Glen Haven Court, and Kerry is an Irish county too. The same developer, the same year, and the same theme carried across the road.
The homes are two and three bedroom townhomes with two and a half baths, roughly 1,240 to 1,410 square feet, with an attached garage and driveway parking. What is easy to miss on paper is the lot shape: these run about 24 feet wide by 130 feet deep, which is a genuinely long rear yard for attached housing. Most townhome communities of this era give you a patio and a fence line twenty feet from the back door. This is a different proposition, and it is the reason a certain kind of buyer picks Fox Hollow West over a newer attached community with a smaller footprint.
Everything here is on public water and sewer with central air, and the community feeds Monroe Township Public Schools. One thing worth doing on any specific home: ask what the association actually covers, because that varies across the Fox Hollow communities and it is not something the address will tell you. If you are shopping attached housing more broadly, the Williamstown condos and townhomes page covers every community of this kind in the township, and Brookdale and The Greens are the closest comparables.
One Street. Kerry Lynn Court.
That's Fox Hollow West.
