High Pointe Estates sits at the top of the Winslow Township market. Built from 2005 through 2016 in the Sicklerville section, along Blue Meadow Lane, Cardinal Lane and Golden Meadow, it is the address people name when they want the best of what the township has rather than the most of it.

The consistency is striking. Every home here is four bedrooms. Every one is detached, with a full basement and an attached garage. And nearly every one sits on a half acre — not a rounded-off half acre, but the same lot size repeated street after street. Colonials and contemporaries, two and a half to four and a half baths, on public water and sewer. There is no entry-level product mixed in and no smaller phase built later to fill in the gaps.

That half acre is the thing to hold onto when you compare. Winslow’s newest construction sits on lots half this size — Braycen Pines, built a decade later, is roughly a quarter acre. High Pointe gives you a newer house without giving up the land, which is a combination the township does not offer in many places. Homes here do not come up often, and when they do they represent the ceiling of what Winslow trades for. For the next tier down on age and size, Concord Springs and Heathermere are the closest comparisons.
