Walden Chase Homes for Sale
Large lots in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Walden Chase
Walden Chase was built between 1978 and 1987 in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, on Wimbledon Run, Waltham Way, Eagle Court and Catherine Court. Detached colonials, capes and bi-levels, mostly four bedrooms, on public water and sewer.
The land is the story here. Lots in Walden Chase run from about a third of an acre up to nearly half — consistently, not just on a few corner properties. For comparison, most of the township’s 1980s subdivisions sit on an eighth to a quarter acre. That is roughly double or triple the ground for a house of similar age and size, and on this side of Winslow only High Pointe Estates offers more. If a real backyard is what has been missing from everything else you have looked at in Sicklerville, this is the neighborhood that has it.
One thing that does vary house to house: attached garages are standard here, but basements are not. Some of these homes have one and some do not, and it is not predictable by street or by year, so it is worth confirming on any specific property rather than assuming. Turnover is moderate — this is not a community that lists constantly, and the larger lots mean the homes that do come up tend to draw attention. For comparison on age and product, Oak Forest and Stone Hollow are the nearby 1980s neighborhoods on smaller lots.
