Woodlake Townhomes for Sale
A Kings Grant section of flats and townhomes — live from the MLS.
Living in Woodlake
Woodlake is a section inside Kings Grant, the master-planned community at the center of Marlton. Built in 1985, with a few later units, along Woodlake Drive, it runs two and three bedrooms with one to two baths, on public sewer. It is one of the more active sections in the community, so a buyer targeting Kings Grant generally has something to look at here.
The thing to sort out before you tour: Woodlake is not one product. The section carries flats — the whole home on one level, no interior stairs — alongside interior row and end-of-row townhomes. Same name, same street, two genuinely different ways to live. Read the unit type on every listing, because a single-level flat and a two-story townhome at the same number are not the same purchase.
What holds value here is the Kings Grant address. Woodlake residents get the full community package — lakes with a beach and water activities, the community pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and year-round clubhouse programming — on top of the section's own grounds. For a two-bedroom home, that amenity list has no equivalent elsewhere in Marlton at this level.
Bath count is the other thing to read. Some units carry two full baths, others one full, others one and a half — same bedroom count, real difference in how the unit lives and what it closes for. With floor plans this consistent, that and condition are effectively the whole comparison.
The other Kings Grant sections with their own pages are Oak Hollow, the largest, Shannon Greene, Inverness Green and Villa Royale. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers the wider township, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the Kings Grant market sits.
