It is the most affordable address inside Kings Grant, and one of the more accessible in the township generally.

Most units here are flats — the whole home on one level, no interior stairs — with a handful of interior-row units mixed in. Alongside Oak Hollow and Hollows, that puts Shannon Greene on the short list of places in Marlton offering genuine single-level living outside the age-restricted communities. Check the unit type before you assume, since the two products live quite differently.

The value here is the address more than the unit. Shannon Greene residents get the full Kings Grant package — lakes with a beach and water activities, the community pool, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and year-round clubhouse programming — at the entry point of the community rather than the top of it. That combination is why these hold up: you are buying into the amenities and the location at the most accessible number Kings Grant offers.

The one thing to read carefully on every listing is the bath count. Some units carry two full baths, others one full, others one and a half — same two bedrooms, same community, real difference in how the unit lives and what it closes for. On floor plans this consistent, that and condition are effectively the whole comparison.

Shannon Greene trades steadily, so a buyer generally has options. The other Kings Grant condo sections are Oak Hollow, much larger and busier, and Inverness Green; Woodlake is the townhome section.
