Winding Brook Townhomes for Sale
The newest community in the township — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Winding Brook
Winding Brook is the newest community in Marlton — built between 2019 and 2022 on Eddy Way and Bluff Court. Three and four bedrooms, two to three full baths plus a powder room, interior row and end of row, on public sewer. In a township that ran out of open ground decades ago, a community finished this recently is a genuine rarity, and it is the closest thing to buying new construction in Evesham without waiting for one to be built.
The specification is a step beyond even the other recent communities. Three full baths and a powder room shows up here against three or four bedrooms — a configuration that does not exist anywhere in Marlton's older attached stock, which tops out at two and a half. Add four-bedroom units, current mechanicals with nothing yet due for replacement, and layouts drawn in the last decade rather than the last century, and this sits at the very top of the township's townhome market.
Because everything here was built inside a four-year window, position is essentially the whole comparison. End units carry more ground — up to about a twelfth of an acre against a sixteenth for interior units — with one shared wall instead of two and considerably more light. Nothing here has aged differently from anything else yet, so condition is not the variable it is in an older community.
Winding Brook is small and it does not list often, which follows from the age: original owners have not been here long enough to move on. When it is dry, Reserve at Marlton and Ravenswood are the closest matches, and Berkshire Woods is a year or two older with the same feel. The Marlton new construction search catches anything genuinely new in the township, which is a short list.
Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which regularly catches buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers every attached community, and the recently sold homes are the truest read on where the ceiling of that market sits.
Nothing Here Has Aged Yet.
