Separately, Pembrook Drive is shared with Ashton Leas, the neighborhood next door — addresses on that road key to both communities depending on where the line falls, so check the community on the specific listing rather than assuming from the street.

This is a small neighborhood and very little comes up in a given year. If Lexington Woods is where you want to be, it is worth being set up to hear about a listing early rather than checking a portal and finding it gone. Heritage Valley is the large community from the same era, and Hidden Lakes is the other small 1970s neighborhood worth walking alongside this one.

Schools are Washington Township for the entire township, which means Washington Township High School — one district throughout, so there is no sending-district question here. The recently sold homes across the township are the best read on where this end of the market sits.
