Kimberly West Homes for Sale
A small 1970s pocket in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Kimberly West
Kimberly West is a small 1970 community in Williamstown, Monroe Township, on Bradford Drive and Winslow Road. Three and four bedrooms, one to two baths, roughly quarter-acre lots. Garages on some homes and not others, and basements are the exception here rather than the rule.
What makes it distinct is the housing style. Cape Cods dominate Kimberly West — and nowhere else in Williamstown do they. The 1970 communities around it went other directions: Green Meadows offered a wide catalog of bi-levels, splits and colonials the same year, Chelsea Farms leaned bi-level, Coventry Glen leaned ranch. This one went Cape.
That matters more than it sounds. A Cape is a different house to live in than a bi-level or a colonial — the upstairs rooms sit under the roofline, the layout is narrower, and the square footage reads differently on paper than it feels in person. If you have only ever toured colonials and splits in this township, a Cape is worth walking through before you rule it in or out. Kimberly West is also small enough that homes rarely come up. For the wider township, Forest Hills is the large community of the same era.
Cul-de-sacs. Plural.
Nobody's cutting through.
