Monroe Pointe Homes for Sale

The newest detached homes in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.

Living in Monroe Pointe

Monroe Pointe was built in 2019 and 2020 in Williamstown, Monroe Township, entirely along Spring Beauty Drive. Four bedrooms throughout, two and a half to three and a half baths, full basements standard, garages on nearly every home, roughly quarter-acre lots on public water and sewer. A modest fee covers the common areas.

The short version: these are the newest detached houses in Williamstown. Almost everything else in the township was built between 1969 and 2006. Monroe Pointe and Hamilton Greene are the two communities that arrived in the last decade, and Monroe Pointe is the detached one.

It sits at the top of the township with Hunter Woods, but the two get there differently. Hunter Woods is a 1990s community selling land — half-acre and larger lots. Monroe Pointe is selling age — a quarter-acre lot, a house built this decade, and current systems throughout. Which one is right depends entirely on whether you want ground or want new, and they are close enough in the market that you will likely look at both.

One practical note: this is a small community on one street. Homes come up rarely, and when they do there is very little resale history behind them — most of these houses have changed hands once, if at all. That makes the surrounding market matter more than usual when you are working out what one is worth.

Basements Standard.

Every home, not most.
