Candlewood Homes for Sale
Williamstown’s top end, in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Candlewood
Candlewood sits at the top of the Williamstown market. Built between 2002 and 2004 in Monroe Township, along Candlewood Road and Rachel Lauren Way, it is a small community and it trades above everything else in the township — consistently, not on the strength of one standout house.
The uniformity is what you notice in the numbers. Every home here is a four-bedroom colonial. Every one has a full basement and an attached garage. Two and a half baths is the standard, and the lots run right around a third of an acre with public water and sewer. There is no entry-level phase mixed in and no smaller product built later to fill gaps — the whole community was built to one specification and it has held that position ever since.
Because it is small, listings here are genuinely rare — this is a community to watch rather than to check in on occasionally, and when something does come available it does not sit. For the next tier down in Williamstown, The Arbours offers similar four and five bedroom colonials from a couple of years earlier, and Scotland Run is the other established address at this level.
Top of the Williamstown Market.
Candlewood, consistently.
