Savona Homes for Sale
A small late-2000s community in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Savona
Savona is a small community in Williamstown, Monroe Township, on Cranleigh Lane, built from 2006 to 2008. Four bedrooms, two and a half baths, full basements standard, garages on most homes, colonials throughout. Public water and sewer.
Those build years are worth noticing. Savona went up right at the end of the boom — the last of these homes were framed as the market was turning. Across all of Williamstown, houses dated 2007 and 2008 are scarce, and communities that finished in those years are scarcer still. It is a narrow slice of the township’s housing stock.
What that means for a buyer is straightforward enough. These are 2000s-built colonials — basements, garages, four bedrooms — without being twenty-five years old. The same specification runs through The Ridings a year or two earlier and Carriage Glen across a longer stretch, both with more homes and more turnover behind them. Savona itself is small, and listings here are infrequent.
