Westbury Hunt is one of Winslow Township’s more sought-after neighborhoods, known for larger colonial-style single-family homes and a location that is hard to beat for commuters. Built by D.R. Horton through the mid-2000s and into the 2010s, the homes here run spacious floor plans — typically 2,300 square feet and up — which puts Westbury Hunt among the larger-home communities in this part of the township.

The consistency is worth noting. Four bedrooms is the standard, not the upgrade, with full basements and attached garages throughout and lots that run the same size street to street along Kensington Lane, Westbury Drive and Buckingham Drive. There is no smaller phase mixed in and no entry-level product, which is part of why recent sales here sit at the top of the Winslow market.

Location is the other half of the case. The neighborhood sits minutes from Route 73, Route 30, I-295 and the Atlantic City Expressway, putting both Philadelphia and Atlantic City roughly thirty minutes out — suburban space without giving up the commute. Shopping, dining and everyday services along the Route 73 corridor are right at the entrance. Homes carry the 08009 postmark and are served by Winslow Township Public Schools.
