It is a small, self-contained development rather than a neighborhood you drive through on the way somewhere else — the loop serves the community and nothing beyond it. One practical note for searching: the MLS enters these addresses with no street suffix at all, just the number and "Uxbridge," so a search keyed to a street name rather than the subdivision will miss records.

The units date to 1977 and run in a tight size band, roughly eleven hundred to twelve-hundred-odd square feet above grade. The standard plan is a two-bedroom with two full baths; a larger three-bedroom with a half bath turns up as well, and it is the bigger of the two footprints. Units are designated interior row or end of row, and the end units are what buyers ask about first — extra exposure, extra light, and the only ones with real side yard. There are no garages. The monthly amount is not uniform across the community — it appears to track unit size, so confirm the figure on the specific address rather than assuming a community rate. There is also a capital contribution collected at closing, standard for an HOA of this kind but a surprise to buyers who have only shopped Cherry Hill condos and expect a different closing structure. Ask for current association documents early; the fee simple distinction matters to lenders as much as it does to you.

Schools are Cherry Hill Township Public Schools, and Uxbridge looks to sit on a boundary. Records here name both Cherry Hill High School East and Cherry Hill High School West — which side a given unit falls on is a question to ask address by address rather than for the community as a whole, and it is the first thing most buyers here want settled. Tavistock sits directly west across Tavistock Road and is the closest comparable attached community, though the ownership structure differs there. Haddonfield-Berlin Road runs along the eastern edge and puts Route 70 and the 295 interchange a few minutes away in either direction. The recently sold homes across Cherry Hill are the clearest read on where this tier of attached housing actually settles.
