Two streets, wooded end units, and lofts over the primary bedroom — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Ardsley Walk is a compact townhome community in Marlton, built between 1988 and 1991 on just two streets — Hazelwood Lane and Wagonwheel Court. The product is consistent: two and three bedrooms, two full baths and a powder room, interior and end units, public sewer, and small lots running from roughly a sixteenth to a tenth of an acre. There is no lot lottery here and no wide spread in size. What varies is position, and position is what you are actually shopping for.
The signature feature is one most buyers do not expect at this size: a private staircase from the primary bedroom up to its own loft — used as an office, a reading room or a second TV space — plus walk-in attic and exterior storage on top of it. Add a one-car garage with direct interior access, wood-burning fireplaces and stone front elevations, and the interiors live considerably larger than the footprint suggests. End units back to woods, which is the single biggest difference between two otherwise identical addresses on the same street.
A search note worth knowing: Ardsley Walk also shows up in the MLS as "Ardsley West." Same community, same two streets — agents enter it both ways, so a search on one name will miss listings filed under the other. Everything here comes through this page either way. If Ardsley Walk is dry when you land, the wider Marlton condos and townhomes market covers the same buyer, and Barton Run is the closest thing to it on size and era.
Schools are Evesham Township School District for the elementary and middle years, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — the K-8 and the high school are two separate districts here, which catches people coming from a town that runs one. For the read on where this end of the Marlton market actually sits, the township's recently sold homes tell it better than any listing does.
Also Ardsley West.
Agents file it both ways.
