Whitebridge Condos for Sale
The busiest attached community in the township — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Whitebridge
Whitebridge is the highest-volume attached community in Marlton — built in 1994, essentially all of it in that one year, along Squirrel Road, Quail Road and Rabbit Run Road. Two and three bedrooms, two full baths, on public sewer. More units change hands here than anywhere else in the township's condo and townhome market, which makes it the most practical address in Marlton for a buyer who does not want to wait.
The community carries several different products under one name, and that is the thing to sort out before you tour. There are flats — the whole home on one level, no interior stairs — alongside interior row and end-of-row townhomes, at least one twin, and a number of units with lofts. Same community, same year, same streets, four genuinely different ways to live. Read the unit type on every listing; two Whitebridge homes at the same number can be nothing alike.
The loft units deserve particular attention. A loft over the main level adds usable space that does not show in the bedroom count — office, den, guest space — and in a two-bedroom unit that is often the difference between workable and cramped. They come up regularly here given the volume, which is not true of loft plans elsewhere in the township.
Two full baths is standard across the community, which is better than most of Marlton's older attached stock offers and part of why Whitebridge holds the position it does in the middle of the market. With everything built in a single year to consistent plans, condition and unit type are the whole comparison — there is no era spread or size lottery to account for.
Because the volume is this steady, a buyer here has real choice rather than a waiting list. The other mid-market attached communities in the township are Delancey Place, newer and also busy, and Tanglewood at a higher point. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which catches buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers every attached community, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the middle of that market sits.
