Tanglewood Townhomes for Sale
End units backing to woods, at the upper end of the attached market — live from the MLS.
Living in Tanglewood
Tanglewood is one of the larger and busier townhome communities in Marlton, built between 2001 and 2005 across Weaver Drive, Ross Way, Carter Lane and Hathaway Court. Three bedrooms throughout, two full baths plus a powder room, interior row and end of row, on public sewer. It sits at the upper end of the township's attached market and produces enough volume that a buyer targeting it has real choice — unusual for a community at this price point.
The end units are the ones people wait for, and the gap here is the widest of any Marlton townhome community. Interior units sit on roughly a fifteenth of an acre; end units run up to a sixth — more than double the ground, plus one shared wall instead of two and considerably more light. End units back and side to woods, which is the real draw: a treed backdrop rather than a neighbor's window, and a private deck looking at it.
The finish level is what separates Tanglewood from the seventies and eighties townhome stock elsewhere in the township. Finished basements, gas stone fireplaces, Corian counters and center islands are standard rather than upgrades, with primary bedrooms carrying double sinks and oak vanities. For a buyer who wants attached living without inheriting a forty-year-old kitchen, this is the community with the most inventory to actually choose from.
A search note: Tanglewood is also entered in the MLS as "Tanglewood at Evesham." Same community — agents file it both ways, so searching one name misses listings under the other. Everything comes through this page regardless.
The closest comparisons on age and finish are Marlton Woods and Delancey Place, both built the same years, and Vineyards at a similar level. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which catches buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The Marlton condos and townhomes page covers every attached community in the township, and the recently sold homes are the clearest read on where the upper end of that market sits.
