Forest Glen is a small townhome community in Marlton, built in 2000 and 2001 along Barton Run Boulevard and Jessica Court. Three bedrooms, two full baths and a powder room, interior row and end-of-row units, on public sewer. It belongs to the small group of Marlton attached communities built after 2000 — a generation newer than the seventies and eighties stock that makes up most of the township's townhome inventory.

One thing to get straight before you search: Forest Glen sits on Barton Run Boulevard, but it is not part of Barton Run. That road runs through this end of the township and several communities address off it. Barton Run itself was built in the seventies and early eighties and includes both attached homes and a detached pocket; Forest Glen is two decades newer, entirely attached, and much smaller. A search on the street name returns both, and they are not the same buy at all — check the year built and the community name before you compare two listings on the same boulevard.

Within Forest Glen, the split that matters is interior row against end of row. End units carry one shared wall instead of two, more light, and more usable outdoor space, and they command a premium over an interior unit of the same size — the end-unit lots here run close to double the interior ones. With a community this small, waiting for the specific configuration you want can mean waiting a while.

Turnover is light — a handful of doors produce a handful of sales. When Forest Glen is dry, the wider Marlton condos and townhomes market is where the same buyer should look, and Delancey Place is the closest match on age and finish with far more availability. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which catches buyers arriving from a town that runs one. The township's recently sold homes give the clearest read on where this end of the attached market sits.
