Reynards Run is a townhome community in Marlton built almost entirely in 1988, on a single street — Crown Prince Drive. Two and three bedrooms, one and a half to two and a half baths, interior row and end of row, on public sewer. It is one of the steadier addresses in the township: something is usually listed, which means a buyer gets to compare units rather than take whatever happens to be available.

The two-bedroom units are worth knowing about. Most of Marlton's townhome communities are three-bedroom throughout, so a buyer who wants attached living in this township without paying for a third bedroom has a short list, and Reynards Run is on it — alongside the flats in Hollows and Marlton Meadows, which are a different product entirely. Here you get a two-story townhome rather than a single-level condominium.

Read the bathroom count on every listing. Some units carry one full and a half, others two and a half, and that difference is one of the main things separating two otherwise similar closings in this community. End units are the other: one shared wall instead of two, more light, and modestly more ground. On a street this size they do not sit long when they come up.

Because everything was built in one year to consistent plans, condition is the real variable here — two units with the same layout nearly forty years on can be very different purchases. The closest comparisons in the township on age and scale are Ardsley Walk and Winding Brook, both late-eighties builds.

Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District — two separate districts, which regularly catches buyers arriving from a town that runs one.
