Main Street Condos for Sale
Elevator condos, lofts and townhomes at Voorhees Town Center — live from the MLS.
Living in Main Street
Main Street is the residential side of Voorhees Town Center, built between 1988 and 1993 along Main Street and Centennial Boulevard in the commercial heart of Voorhees Township. It is the one address in the township where the shopping, dining and services are not a drive away — they are out the front door, and that single fact accounts for most of the demand here.
The community is best understood as an umbrella rather than one building. Main Street holds several distinct structures, including the Piazza and the Promenade, and the housing under it runs from single-level flats to interior-row townhomes to loft plans with bedrooms above. Square footage spans roughly 1,220 to 2,200, with two- and three-bedroom layouts and bath counts running as high as three full. A buyer who says "I'm looking at Main Street" could mean a top-floor condominium or a two-story townhome, and the difference is worth establishing before anyone starts driving.
What genuinely separates this from every other attached community in Voorhees is how the buildings work. The Piazza runs to seven floors with elevator access, a secure lobby, parking beneath the building and rooftop guest parking — a vertical, urban-style building of a kind that does not otherwise exist in this township. For a buyer who wants no stairs, no exterior maintenance, secure entry and the ability to lock the door and leave for a month, there is no real substitute for it locally. Units in the upper floors carry private balconies, and the association covers exterior maintenance and common areas.
Inside, the plans lean open. Living and dining areas flow together around a gas or wood-burning fireplace, kitchens open to the dining space with breakfast bars and stainless appliances, and primary suites carry walk-in closets, private baths with soaking tubs and, in the larger plans, a second full bath for the guest bedroom. In-unit laundry, separate exterior storage and entry-level bedroom options show up across the community. Because the buildings date to the same era, updating and floor level — not vintage — drive most of the price difference between two listings.
Schools are Voorhees Township for elementary and middle, then Eastern Regional High School through the Eastern Camden County Regional district. Beyond the Town Center itself, Route 73, I-295 and the routes toward Philadelphia and the shore are all immediately accessible, and Virtua Voorhees is close. Buyers drawn to this location should also see Hermitage, which sits just across Main Street, and the township's full condo and townhome inventory. The recently sold homes across Voorhees show what a walkable address is actually worth here.
Piazza and Promenade Too.
All of it is Main Street.
