Voorhees has two true age-restricted communities, and knowing that up front saves a lot of wasted searching. Centennial Mill and Traditions at Laurel Oaks are the whole list. Both are small enough that inventory is genuinely limited — there are stretches where neither has anything available, and when something does list it tends to go quickly to a buyer who was already watching. If one of these is where you want to be, a standing alert is worth more than checking back every few weeks.

Because the age-restricted list is short, it is worth knowing the alternative that most Voorhees buyers actually land on: the township's condo and townhome communities, which are not age-restricted but deliver the same practical result — no lawn, no roof, no snow, and a monthly fee that handles the exterior. Several of them skew heavily toward buyers in exactly this stage of life, and a few offer single-level living without the 55+ restriction narrowing your resale pool later.
