Henley Homes for Sale
Large homes on some of the township's biggest lots — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Henley
Henley was built right at the turn of the 2000s — 1999 and 2000 — in Washington Township, on the Sewell side. The streets are Armitage Court, Wiltshire Drive and Cardigan Court. Four bedrooms throughout, two to three and a half baths, with garages and full basements on every home. Public water and public sewer.
The land is the reason to know this address. The Armitage Court homes sit on roughly seven tenths of an acre — and that is the standard there, not an outlier. Only Bon-Aire works on comparable ground anywhere in this township, and outside those two you are looking at a half acre at the very best. For a buyer who wants a modern house with real separation from the neighbors, the list of options here is short and Henley is on it.
Be aware the community is not uniform on lot size. Wiltshire Drive and Cardigan Court run closer to a third of an acre — still good ground by township standards, but half of what Armitage carries. Same community, same builder, same two years, and roughly double the parcel on one street versus the other. That difference is the single biggest driver of value here and it is invisible unless you check the acreage on the specific listing.
The houses themselves are traditionals, colonials, contemporaries and the Normandy plan — the same builder model that shows up over in Bateman Farms, which suggests the same hand behind both. Henley is the newer and larger-lot version of that idea.
Very little comes up here. This is a small community at the top of the township's market, and the owners have largely stayed — when something does list it draws the buyers who have been watching for it. Crossroads and Deux Mare are the other addresses in this tier worth comparing.
Schools are Washington Township for the entire township, which means Washington Township High School — one district throughout, so there is no sending-district question at any price point here. The recently sold homes are the best read on how the upper end has been moving.
