Meadow Run Homes for Sale
A small 1978 community in Washington Township — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Meadow Run
Meadow Run was built in 1978 in Washington Township, on the Sewell side. The streets are Dorado Avenue and Diane Court. Four bedrooms and two and a half baths is the standard here, with traditionals, colonials and contemporaries, and garages and full basements on every home.
That build standard is worth noting, because it is not the norm for this era in this township. Heritage Valley, the large community from the same stretch of years, has garages on nearly every home and basements on almost none. Hidden Lakes, built a year or two earlier, tends to have neither. Meadow Run has both, on every house.
The lots run from about a fifth of an acre to a third — a meaningful spread in a community this small, and it is the main thing separating one listing from another here since the houses themselves are so consistent.
One detail to confirm on the specific address: the sewer arrangement is not uniform. Most of Meadow Run is on public sewer, but at least one home on Diane Court shows a private arrangement — and its immediate neighbors do not. Ask on the individual property rather than assuming from the street.
This is a small neighborhood and very little comes up in a given year. If Meadow Run is where you want to be, being set up to hear about a listing early matters more than watching a portal. Schools are Washington Township for the entire township, which means Washington Township High School — one district throughout, so there is no sending-district question here. The recently sold homes across the township are the best read on where this end of the market sits.
