Windsor Forest was built in 1988 in Washington Township, on the Sewell side, along Berkshire Drive. Four and five bedrooms, two and a half to three full baths, colonials and contemporaries, with garages and full basements on every home.

The land puts this address in a short group. Lots here run from about three quarters of an acre to better than a full acre — and there is no small parcel among them. That is the same class of ground as Shadowbrook, Lansbrook and Holly Grove, in a township where a quarter acre is the norm across thousands of homes.

One practical advantage over Lansbrook, its closest rival on acreage: Windsor Forest is on public water and public sewer. Lansbrook is well and septic throughout, which is normal for large-lot property and workable, but it brings inspections, testing and ongoing owner responsibility that Windsor Forest does not carry. If you want the acre without the private systems, the list of addresses in this township is short and this is on it.

The homes are substantial as well — five bedrooms and three full baths appears here, which is not common for a 1988 build in this market. Combined with the ground, that puts Windsor Forest firmly in the township's upper tier alongside Wellington Manor and Hill Crest.

Very little turns over. Schools are Washington Township for the entire township, which means Washington Township High School — one district throughout, so there is no sending-district question at any price point here. The recently sold homes are the best read on how the upper end has been moving.
