Devonshire Homes for Sale
Larger colonials in Monroe Township — explore the latest from the MLS.
Living in Devonshire
Devonshire is a small community in Williamstown, Monroe Township, built between 2001 and 2003 — and it is compact enough that every address is on Devonshire Drive. Colonials and traditionals, four and five bedrooms, with full basements and attached garages throughout and two-and-a-half baths as the standard.
The lots are the quiet advantage. Homes here sit on right around a third of an acre — consistently, street-wide — which is more ground than most of what was built in Williamstown in the decade that followed. Everything is on public water and sewer. Recent sales place Devonshire in the upper tier of the township.
It is also the earliest of a group of three that are worth comparing directly. Candlewood came a year or two later on similar ground; Chestnut Green followed after that on slightly smaller lots. All three offer the same four-bedroom colonial with a basement and garage, and the differences between them come down to land and vintage rather than product. Because Devonshire is small, listings here are infrequent — worth watching rather than checking in on.
