For buyers who want more ground than this, the estate communities at Little Mill and Preserve at Little Mill sit on acreage and septic at a higher point in the market.

This is a small community that produces few sales a year, so anyone targeting it should register rather than check back. The nearest comparisons are Ravenscliff and Briarwood, both early-nineties and both similarly thin on volume. Schools are Evesham Township School District K-8, then Cherokee High School through the Lenape Regional High School District.
