It is worth knowing the neighbors while you wait: Lakes at Alluvium is the attached, condominium side of the same name and a completely different buy, while Sturbridge Lakes is where most detached shoppers at this level end up looking in the same weekend.

Schools are Voorhees Township for elementary and middle, then Eastern Regional High School through the Eastern Camden County Regional district. Cooper Road puts Route 73 and Kresson-Gibbsboro Road within a couple of minutes, and the PATCO line at Ashland is the reason a lot of this township's demand exists at all. The recently sold homes across Voorhees are the fastest way to see where a neighborhood this size actually prices.
