Pinnacle Place Townhomes for Sale
The newest community in Washington Township — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in Pinnacle Place
Pinnacle Place is the newest community in Washington Township, built between 2018 and 2021 on the Sewell side. The streets are Meridian Lane, Pinnacle Place, Spire Place and Belfry Place. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths throughout, interior row and end-of-row townhomes, with garages on every home. Public water and public sewer.
In a township where the housing stock runs overwhelmingly from the 1960s through the 1990s, that build date is the entire proposition. These homes are less than a decade old — current layouts, current insulation, current mechanicals, and nothing yet due for replacement. Alongside Parkwood Manor, built a few years earlier, Pinnacle Place is essentially the whole modern-construction market in Washington Township.
It also belongs to the small group of attached communities here where a garage comes with the house. The older townhome and condo communities in this township — Hunt Club, Canterbury Mews, Peachtree, Newtown Commons — have none at all across hundreds of units.
The lots are small and uniform, right around eighteen hundred square feet, which is what current townhome density looks like. That is the trade for the age and the garage: you are buying the house, not the yard.
Two things to check on the specific listing rather than the community. Basements are on roughly half the homes here and not the other half — a real difference in usable space between two units that look identical from the street. And the association fee does not cover the same items on every address; some carry an all-ground fee, some include exterior building maintenance, some cover common area and lawn only. Ask what the fee buys on that unit.
Schools are Washington Township throughout — Washington Township High School, one district for the whole township. The recently sold homes show where this end of the market sits.
