Tweed Farms Homes for Sale

A small turn-of-the-2000s community in Monroe Township — explore the latest live from the MLS.

Living in Tweed Farms

Tweed Farms was built right at the turn of the 2000s in Williamstown, Monroe Township, on Cherry Blossom and Gypsy Lane. Three and four bedrooms, two full baths and a half, colonials. Every home has a garage and a full basement, on public water and public sewer.

The lots are the headline. They run around a third of an acre — well above what most of the township's planned communities offer, and enough ground that the houses are not looking into each other. In a market where a great deal of the inventory sits on a fifth of an acre or less, that difference is the first thing people notice when they walk one of these.

This is a small community, and it barely trades. Sales here come up a couple at a time over a span of years, not a couple a season. If Tweed Farms is where you want to be, waiting for something to appear on a portal is the wrong approach — by the time a listing is visible it usually already has attention on it.

The closest comparisons in Williamstown are The Preserves, built a year or two earlier on similar ground, and Stockton Run, which followed a couple of years later with the same garage-and-basement standard. Tall Oaks is the half-acre option from the same era. Schools are Monroe Township for the entire township, which means Williamstown High School — one district, no sending-district question to work out.
