It went up in 1988, which puts it among the newer attached product in a township where most of the condominium stock is a decade or two older. The first is underneath the house. Units here have full basements — not crawl space, not a storage closet off the hallway, but a real lower level, partially finished in at least some of them. The second is the gate. Centura is a gated community, which again is rare in this township's attached market. Behind it the fee covers the grounds, common area and exterior maintenance, management, snow removal, trash and a community pool, with a separate recreation fee alongside the monthly. Parking is off-street surface rather than garages.

Worth knowing that Centura is not a single housing type. The community carries both interior-row townhouses and single-level flats under one name, so two listings here can be genuinely different products — a two-story townhome with its own stairs, or a first-floor unit where everything is on one level and the only stairs go down to the basement. Ask which one you are looking at. Both run to two bedrooms and two baths, both come with central air on forced gas heat, washer and dryer in the unit, and both sit on public water and sewer. Schools are Cherry Hill Township Public Schools, with Cherry Hill High School East on both addresses in this pull — a settled answer here, unlike several of the detached neighborhoods west of it where the East and West line runs straight through the streets. Route 70 and the I-295 interchange are both a few minutes out, and Philadelphia is a straightforward drive. The recently sold homes across the township are the clearest read on where attached product at this level actually settles.
