Fox Hollow Woods is a small detached pocket in the 08003 section of Cherry Hill Township, built on Cooper Run Drive and Forage Lane. No association, no gate. It is a short street list and a small number of houses, and that shapes how it trades: this is a watch-it neighborhood rather than a browse-it one.

Get the name straight first, because there are two of these. Fox Hollow Woods and Fox Hollow are separate neighborhoods — different streets, different housing, both in 08003 and both at the top end of the township's market. Fox Hollow is the larger one, on Harrowgate, Hadleigh and Kingsdale off Brick Road. This is the smaller one on Cooper Run. A portal search for "Fox Hollow Cherry Hill" hands you both without telling you they are different places, and a buyer who tours one and reads about the other ends up comparing the wrong things. Ask which of the two an address sits in.

The housing here is the reason to pay attention. Most of Fox Hollow Woods dates to 1964, and the ranch is a real presence — four-bedroom ranch and rambler plans carrying three and four full baths. That combination is scarce in this township. Cherry Hill has plenty of ranch homes at the modest end and plenty of large houses on two and three floors, but large single-level living at this level is a narrow slice of the market, and a buyer who wants everything on one floor without giving up size has few places to look. This is one of them.

The other thing on this street is newer and much bigger. One house here dates to 2005 and runs to seven bedrooms with five and a half baths — a contemporary that is not what the rest of the neighborhood was built as, and a reminder that lots like these attract rebuilds. On a street this short, the build year matters more than the address does: ask what you are actually walking into before you compare two listings by bedroom count.

One structural note worth raising early. Do not assume a basement here. At least one of these houses sits without one, which is the opposite of the pattern in Fox Hollow next door. If storage or a finished lower level is on your list, ask about it on the specific address rather than the neighborhood.

Buyers working this tier in 08003 generally also walk Charleston Riding, Eagle Oak and Kresson Woods before deciding — all wooded, all at this level, and genuinely different from one another rather than four versions of the same thing. Schools are Cherry Hill Township Public Schools. Brick Road and Springdale Road put Route 70 and the Turnpike interchange within a few minutes. The recently sold homes across the township are the clearest read on where a pocket this small actually prices.
