The Townes at Washington Square Homes for Sale
Among the newest homes in Washington Township — explore the latest live from the MLS.
Living in The Townes at Washington Square
The Townes at Washington Square was built between 2018 and 2021 in Washington Township, on the Sewell side. The streets are birds — Peacock Circle, Sparrow Circle, Cardinal Court and Flamingo Court. Three bedrooms with two to two and a half baths throughout, interior row and end-of-row townhomes, with garages on every home.
This is one of three modern townhome communities in a township where nearly everything else was built between 1965 and 2005. The Townes, Pinnacle Place and Parkwood Manor all went up inside the same seven-year window, and together they are essentially the entire new-construction market here. If you want a home under a decade old in this school district, that is the list.
The garage is the practical differentiator against the older attached inventory. Hunt Club, Peachtree, The Meadows and Canterbury Mews have none at all, across hundreds of units. Here it comes with the house, along with current layouts, current mechanicals and nothing yet due for replacement.
Two things to confirm on the specific listing. Basements are on some homes here and not others — a meaningful difference in usable space between units that look identical from the street. And the association fee does not cover the same items on every address: some carry an all-ground fee, some include exterior building maintenance, some cover lawn care and snow removal only. Ask what the fee buys on that unit rather than assuming from the neighbors.
Schools are Washington Township throughout — Washington Township High School, one district for the whole township. The recently sold homes show where this end of the market sits.
