Villages at Parke Place was built in 2015 and 2016 in Washington Township, on the Sewell side, along Regency Place and Paladin Place. Three bedrooms with two to two and a half baths, interior row and end-of-row townhomes, with garages on every home. Public water and public sewer.

The single most important thing to know: this is not Parke Place, and it is not age-restricted. Parke Place is the township's largest 55+ community, built between 1998 and 2002. Villages at Parke Place is open to buyers of any age and went up nearly two decades later. The names sit one word apart and the communities are entirely different propositions — a search on "Parke Place" returns both, and a buyer under 55 looking at those results needs to know which listings they can actually buy.

On its own terms this is one of the newer communities in the township, part of the small group of modern townhome developments here alongside Parkwood Manor, Pinnacle Place and The Townes at Washington Square — all built between 2015 and 2021. Together they are essentially the entire modern-construction market in Washington Township.

Every home here has a garage, which sets this group apart from the township's older attached inventory — Hunt Club, Peachtree and Canterbury Mews have none across hundreds of units. The lots are small and uniform at around a twentieth of an acre, which is what current townhome density looks like.

Basements are on some homes here and not others, so confirm that on the specific listing. The association fee covers common area maintenance and lawn care. Schools are Washington Township throughout — Washington Township High School, one district for the whole township. The recently sold homes show where this end of the market sits.
